Where to Get Your Help From

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

Psalm 121

The goodness of the Holy Scriptures is...they have the answers to all your problems.

First, I encourage you to Look to God! He is able to do anything, but fail. Also, I encourage you to Listen to God. The Word says, “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord has to say to the churches” (Revelation 2:7). Next, I encourage you to Lean on God. God will hold you up when you are weak and troubled in your mind. And, I encourage you to Love on God. Love on Him, because He is always loving on you. His love never fails.

Remember to thank Him everyday that He is keeping you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “Give thanks in all circumstances.”

Let your praise be to God and not man. For God says, “I will never leave you, nor forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:8).

Make God your God, that's where your help comes from.
